Bump
The films background is about a group of long lost friends that used to be close in high school. They all unexpectedly bump into each other one by one and reunite as they used to be but now they're adults and have all grown up. They all re-bond and start regularly meeting up and just partying and socialising and catching up just like the old days, reliving the moments they had.
The bump list :
1st bump
Jake & Gemma - Jake is walking down A high street holding a coffee in one hand and his phone in the other with a man bag on his right shoulder, he is casually walking and he bumps into a women and drops his coffee, the women apologises to jake and looks at him as if she had already met jake with a sort of 'familiar face' look on her. Jake notices it's his old friend Gemma from high school and they both have a moment of silence and acknowledge each other, then they both burst out with laughter because they're shocked to see each other. Gemma invites jake for a coffee date to catch up and spend some time with her long lost friend.
2nd bump
Paige & Alissa - Paige is doing her local shopping in Sainsbury's with her boyfriend Eden and she can hear a two girls arguing on the next isle, she quickly rushes to see all the commotion and notices a familiar voice, she says to herself "it could only be one girl that's being that loud with a big behind and a special twang to her voice". Paige shouts "ALISSAA" and the girl turns around with a wave of attitude as her hair slowly turned shortly after her head, Alissa shouts "PAIGE!!" and they run and attack each other with a hug that could kill. It's obvious that they haven't seen one another for a few years and have missed each other's presents.
They exchange numbers and plan to meet up for lunch or dinner, Alissa returns to the argument she was in before she was surprised by an old friend.
3rd bump
Hugo, James & Taylor - Hugo and James were the only two that stayed close friends since high school.
They were together shopping in west end, they walked into a trainer store and have a look around for about 8 minutes. Hugo spotted a pair of trainers he wanted to try on so he asked the store manager for the size 8 shoe and little did he know that his old girlfriend Taylor is the store manager but she's grown up since high school so he's uncertain if it's really her. As she comes down from the stock room with his shoes she asks him if his name was Hugo Kennedy and he's a bit uncertain if he knows her or not and he replies "yes?" as a rhetorical question, she replies "it's Taylor you idiot". The three catch up for a bit and also exchange numbers and plan to go for a drink soon.
About the Characters :
Jake - Jake 23, was the goody in the group, he's polite and not too loud, maybe after a few drinks.
He's a nice and honest guy , good with the ladies and just fun to be around.
Gemma - Gemma 22, is the youngest of the group and probably the most energetic girl you'd ever meet, since school she has been all over the place, she is always either doing or fiddling with something. She's a gorgeous, bubbly and wild. And can talk for England.
Paige - Paige 24, is still like the old teenage Paige, loud , confident, attention seeker , drama queen and just a big laugh. Everyone loves Paige she's funny and always has something to say, exactly like her one of her best friends Alissa.
Alissa 23, exactly like Paige but with a little bit more sass and attitude then the rest of her old high school friends. If anyone had a problem with someone out of her group it most likely wouldn't be her because she wouldn't go down without an argument. Alissa is probably the most confident and loudest but is also a lovely and popular girl.
Hugo - Hugo 24, is the guy that every nerd wanted to be when they was in high school , ladies man, charming was his middle name, he always got compliments and was classed as he best dressed in his year at school. He was also a true friend and always there when a friend needed someone, he never let looks and popularity get in the way of his friends and education at school. And is still the same old Hugo.
James - James 22, is another baby of the old group, James is a nice guy can be silent at times but when he isn't being the silent one he is the 'class clown' always making his friends laugh in lesson and messing around, still a little childish but everyone loves him.
Taylor - Taylor 25, was the mother of the group as she was the oldest and grew up quickly, she was mature from a young age. Every boy wanted to be the one to go out with her at school, she was almost more prestige then any of the other girls in her school. Everyone wanted to be her or even with her, she is wise and always looking out for her friends and family, humble and sweet but has the loud side to her as well as her bestfriends.
